Growing up, my mother was someone who gave endlessly. She believed in thoughtful gifts, small comforts, and making people feel cared for without ever asking for much in return. I remember spending time with her picking out candles and discovering different scents — simple moments that stayed with me long after.
Years later, I found myself wanting to create something of my own. Something personal. Something that could be given the same way she gave — with intention. That led me to candle making. What started as curiosity quickly became an obsession after I poured my first candle. There was something about it that felt right — blending fragrance, creating atmosphere, and turning wax and scent into something that could change the feeling of a room.
Gloom Scents was born from that feeling. This isn't about perfection. It's about comfort. Quiet spaces. Soft light after a long day. The familiar warmth of a scent that makes a place feel more like home.
Every candle is hand-poured with that purpose in mind — to bring a little more comfort, calm, and atmosphere into everyday life. This is only the beginning.
